Now this is what we like to hear! Lady Gaga loves her fans so much she’s made it permanent! Gaga took to twitter to show off a brand new tattoo, reading “Little Monsters” – her affectionate nickname for her fans.

She said,"Look what I did last night. Little monsters forever, on the arm that holds my mic."

Nice to see someone who shows true appreciation of her fans! Check out the picture here, and follow Lady Gaga on twitter here.

If you’re a self-confessed Little Monster, why not chat about Lady Gaga in our new forum?

Since being catapulted to global fame, Susan Boyle has won herself an army of loyal fans who have been out in force supporting her as she promotes her debut album ‘I Dreamed A Dream’ this week. After performing for the Today Show at the Rockefeller Centre in New York, she was in for a lovely surprise. Fans from 28 countries around the world had sent hand-stitched patches that were sewn together to form a quilt, and then given as a present to Susan. Reports say Susan was visibly touched that her fans had gone to so much effort to produce the gift.

There’s nothing like fans showing a bit of love for their favourite artist!

Here at lovefans we love it when artists do something nice for their fans – and Lady Gaga has done just that! Gaga is reported to have spent over $1000 ordering pizza for her supporters who were queuing for an album signing at Best Buy in Los Angeles. The star ordered 80 cheese pizzas for the patient crowd who were waiting to get copies of her new album ‘The Fame Monster’ autographed.

Writing on twitter, she said “Sending all my little monsters little pizzas for waiting all night for me at best buy. I hope you're hungry...eat up I love u!”

Gaga’s new offering ‘The Fame Monster’ is out now.

There’s nothing better for a music fan than dancing along to the greatest hits of your favourite star – and that’s just what Janet Jackson fans did to celebrate the release of her new compilation ‘The Best’. The 2 CD set, which is released today in the UK, is jam-packed full of all her chart topping singles including ‘Nasty’, ‘If’ and ‘All For You’.

To celebrate the release in the US, Jackson invited fans to attend flash mobs at three different locations in L.A. and perform the dance routines to some of her biggest hits. Fans gathered in a large crowd and showed off their moves to a medley of songs including ‘Escapade’ and ‘Rhythm Nation’.

Little did fans at the second location know, they were being watched by the Janet herself! Watch the action unfold below:

Michael Jackson tends to feature quite heavily when your flagging up fans that do brilliant things in tribute to their favourite music artists and today is no exception…

This is a Yale University student who decided to film a group of guys performing a six-part harmony, a capella medley of Michael Jackson songs. Watch the video carefully and it slowly becomes apparent that all six of the singers are the same man duplicated and he is, in fact, singing all the harmonies too!

Technical wizardry, a fan showing some music-love and a good singing arrangement of several Michael Jackson tracks – we like it.

Watch and enjoy...

No not a literal music record; Jackson fans will not be picking up an old vinyl and breaking it in half, we're talking about world records as collected by the Guiness Book Of... get it? You will soon...

Michael's fans are fond of attempting grand scale world records - records that can be deemed worthy of the former King of Pop - and their latest endeavour is no exception.

This time they're making an attempt they like to call 'Thrill the World' in which fans from more than 300 locations worldwide hope to set the record for most people dancing simultaneously to Jackson’s 'Thriller'.

Those of you who are familiar with world record attempts undertaken by Jackson fans in the past (and frankly who isn't?), might be confused by the similarity of this attempt to the Mexico City dance where 13,000 fans joined together to break the record for most people dancing simultaneously in one place. However, you'll note that the above attempt includes dancers from all over the world which is what makes it different.

The control hub for the record attempt will centre on the entertainment district 'L.A Live' near where Michael's memorial took place. Instructional dance videos are being distributed to aid fans in brushing up before the big day (which will fall on Oct. 24th).

It's fun, slightly mad and all about the fans so we love it...

Our hearts go out to all the Stephen Gately fans out there after a tough weekend.

We just noticed Boyzone's official website is making sure your messages of condolence are getting through to the family, band and management of Stephen over here

This also just in from the website:

"Stephen's husband, Andrew, has asked that rather than flowers, people could kindly send a donation to the Caudwell Children Charity for whom Stephen was an ambassador. The charity have set up a Just Giving page or you can visit their website."
